Blue Flag Award

For beaches Viva Wyndham Hotels

BREAKING NEWS: Bayahibe.- The Institute of Environmental Law from Dominican Republic (IDARD) and the International Jury of the Blue Flag, awarded the Beach of the Hotels Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach and Viva Wyndham Dominicus Palace, with the Blue Flag.

This award recognizes the environmental commitment of the chain of hotels Viva Wyndham Resorts in the country, particularly in Bayahibe.

The beaches of Bayahibe were the first to receive the award of the Blue Flag on the American continent in 2002. For the year 2009-2010 it was decorated again.

The Hotels Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach and Palace apply strict environmental policies and demonstrated to be strongly commited on the preservation of natural resources.
